Trademark and Unfair Competition

Trademarks and Trade Dress are potentially your business's most valuable property, and should be treated as such. They instantly identify a business's products and services to consumers, and convey the goodwill and history of consumer satisfaction that business owners work so hard to establish. Our firm assists clients in selecting, securing and licensing strong, protectable trademarks. We also assist clients in protecting existing marks, both in conventional commerce and in cyberspace. In the case of litigation, we help clients prosecute unlawful use or defend lawful use of such marks. We also help clients understand and, if necessary, litigate various other forms of laws to protect clients from unfair business practices.
